Refund and Returns Policy

At Soap Making Tool, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days from the date your item was delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We advise you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned after opening or use. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any doubts about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return of the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
